Processing Time

Once your payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order immediately. This includes verifying availability, performing quality checks, and careful packaging. Processing typically takes 1–4 business days.

Delivery Time

  • In-stock products (U.S. warehouse): If the product is available in our U.S. warehouse, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
  • Backordered or imported products (Shipped from China): If the product is not currently in stock, we’ll notify you and ship it from our international partner warehouse. In this case, delivery may take up to 1–2 months, depending on availability and customs clearance.

We appreciate your patience for imported items — this allows us to keep offering you the best selection of premium health products.

International Shipping

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for ensuring that the supplements they purchase comply with local laws. We are not liable for items seized, delayed, or returned by customs authorities
